We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide reliable, consistent transportation while offering a work-life balance that experienced drivers value. Whether you are looking for a predictable schedule with strong miles or a partnership opportunity, we have a place for you on the road.
As a Solo OTR Driver, you can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight. We offer a consistent, planned schedule that allows for predictable home time. Our typical run involves 28 days out followed by 5 days at home, providing the balance of strong earnings and real time off that seasoned drivers seek. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly.
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in bringing new teammates on board.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents, along with basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Additional perks include accident insurance, hospital indemnity, critical illness coverage, and flexible spending accounts.
Financial and personal well-being is a priority, featuring a 401(k) match, a stock purchase plan, an employee assistance program, and pet insurance. We also offer tuition reimbursement and paid orientation. Our fleet consists of newer equipment averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals for your convenience. Drivers also have access to 24/7 support.
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A) and being at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain strict safety standards regarding accident history and moving violations.
Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for specific details on sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
