About the Role
Roehl is urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs. This role offers the freedom and mileage necessary to grow professionally while providing top-tier pay, flexible home time, and reliable support. The position is designed for those ready to drive their career forward with purpose.
Drivers are rewarded for their time, not just the miles driven, through Roehl's Dynamic Pay Plan. This structure allows drivers to earn quarterly bonuses on top of their base earnings. The role offers variety with opportunities in Dry Van, Refrigerated, Curtainside, and Flatbed sectors, depending on location.
Day in the Life
Drivers operate new, modern equipment and benefit from 24/7 maintenance support, ensuring downtime is measured in minutes rather than days. Roehl's smartphone app keeps drivers connected to the team even when away from the truck. The schedule typically involves being out for 11–14 days with 3 days at home, though drivers can choose to stay out longer to earn up to a week of home time.
The role supports a balanced lifestyle with policies allowing drivers to bring a friend (passenger) or a pet. Drivers also have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401k plan with profit sharing.
