About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or you can bring on a family member or friend. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License, being at least 21 years old, and having at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a review of your driving record, a DOT physical, and a drug test. Candidates with a history of major preventable accidents, excessive moving violations, or DUI/DWI offenses within the specified timeframes may not be eligible. SAP drivers are also not eligible for hire.
