About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule. Top performers in our OTR group earn $1,500+ weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications.
