We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers can expect a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our OTR drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your commitment.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their earnings, our Team Drivers split a starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). Don't have a partner? We can help you find the right teammate through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teams.
Our Equipment & Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment averaging 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals, and our 24/7 driver support team is always available to assist you. Drivers also benefit from paid orientation and a tuition reimbursement program.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications.
