About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their time on the road together, our Team Drivers split an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teammates.
Our Equipment and Support
We pride ourselves on maintaining a modern fleet, with newer equipment averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
Benefits and Perks
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and pet insurance. We offer paid vacation after one year of service, along with basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Application and Hiring
Interested drivers must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
