About the Role
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions tailored to your lifestyle. OTR drivers can expect to stay out 2-3 weeks while running solid miles, while Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Whether you are looking for assigned tractors, the option to take home your rig, or a pet and rider-friendly culture, Bison offers various home time options to fit your needs.
Hiring Process
We make starting easy with paid orientation, including paid stays during orientation and paid travel arrangements. New drivers can also take advantage of paid training programs to learn and earn simultaneously. We encourage current employees to bring friends along through our referral bonus program.
