About the Role
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions. OTR drivers will run solid miles, staying out for 2-3 weeks at a time. Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Whether you are looking for long-haul adventures or regional consistency, we offer various home time options to fit your lifestyle.
Our fleet features assigned tractors, and many drivers have the opportunity to take their tractor home within criteria. We pride ourselves on 98% no-touch freight, ensuring a smoother driving experience. We are also pet and rider friendly, welcoming drivers who wish to bring family or a furry buddy along.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We make starting easy with a fully paid orientation. This includes paid stay while at orientation and paid travel arrangements. We also offer paid training programs so you can learn and earn with us simultaneously. Additionally, we offer referral bonuses to reward you for bringing a friend to the team.
