About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and return for 5 days of rest, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.
For solo drivers, the average is 2,000+ miles per week with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,500 weekly. Team drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board with our sponsorship program.
Equipment and Support
We pride ourselves on operating newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist with any challenges on the road. We also offer paid orientation to ensure you are fully prepared before hitting the highway.
Application Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. All applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed eligibility information.
