About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across all 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point (excluding the Northeast). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities like leather seats, refrigerators, and entertainment systems to ensure comfort during long hauls.

Drivers in this position typically average 2,400 to 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder averaging close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and be eligible for benefits like PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
