About the Role

This position offers a dedicated driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and reliable freight. Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, ensuring a comfortable and safe driving environment. The role is designed for those seeking stability, offering a home weekly schedule and comprehensive support through 24/7 driver assistance.

Compensation & Earnings

Drivers in this dedicated position can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450. Compensation is structured to reward performance and route efficiency, including trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, which varies based on the specific route and driver experience. Additional earning opportunities are available through unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available upon meeting specific qualifications.

Application & Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation session, which is completed upon being hired. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and a drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Drivers with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL at the time) or those with a history of drug-related convictions or positive/refused drug tests in the past ten years are not eligible. SAP drivers are also ineligible for hire.
