The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point (excluding the Northeast). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities like leather seats, refrigerators, microwaves, and 27" TVs to ensure comfort on the road.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive pay structure based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM, plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Full-time drivers are eligible for PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k. We also welcome drivers with pets, offering a refundable deposit program to accommodate them on the road.

Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
