About the Role
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions. OTR drivers will run solid miles, staying out for 2-3 weeks at a time. Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Our fleet features assigned tractors, and we offer take-home opportunities within specific criteria.

We pride ourselves on a 98% no-touch freight rate, ensuring a comfortable and efficient driving experience. Our culture is family and pet-friendly, allowing drivers to bring their furry buddies or family members along the road. We offer various home time options to suit different lifestyles.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer paid orientation, including paid stays while at orientation and paid travel arrangements. New drivers can also take advantage of paid training programs to learn and earn simultaneously. We encourage current employees to participate in our referral bonus program to bring friends on board.
