About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
As a Solo Driver, you will enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight, averaging over 2,000 miles per week. Our Team Drivers benefit from a robust Team Match program if you do not yet have a partner, or the opportunity to bring a family member or friend on board with our sponsorship program. We provide newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and maintain convenient home-base terminals to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible.

Qualifications & Hiring
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and must pass a DOT physical and drug test. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
