About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable time off. Whether you are looking to run solo or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
For Solo OTR Drivers, we offer a schedule that runs 28 days out with 5 days of home time. This balance is designed for experienced drivers who want strong miles and real time off. You will haul 100% no-touch freight on a consistent, planned schedule, averaging over 2,000 miles per week. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn $1,500+ weekly.
For Team Drivers, we offer a starting pay split of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing a partner into the role.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to ensure you are never far from support. Our 24/7 driver support team is always available to assist you on the road.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A), being 21 years or older, and having at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements apply regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses.
