We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 2,000+ miles a week solo or partner with a teammate to average 5,000 miles, we offer the consistency and support you need.

For Solo Drivers, we offer a 28/5 schedule—running 28 days out and getting 5 days home. This structure is designed for experienced drivers who want strong miles and real time off. We provide 100% no-touch freight, ensuring a clean and efficient haul. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn over $1,500 weekly.

For Team Drivers, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist new teams.

Our Equipment & Support

We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL-A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience and pass a DOT physical and drug test. We review driving records to ensure no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and meet specific DUI/DWI history requirements.
