Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.

Team Drivers

For those looking to maximize their mileage and income, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to be split between partners. If you do not have a team partner, we can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.

We pride ourselves on operating newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and comfort. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer tuition reimbursement and pet insurance to support your life both on and off the road.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical, drug test, and a review of your driving record. We require no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the specified timeframes. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
