About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and return for 5 days of rest, or partner with a family member or friend to maximize weekly mileage, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication. Our equipment is newer, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs.
Team Drivers
For those who prefer a team setup, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.

We offer paid vacation after one year, paid orientation, and tuition reimbursement. Our drivers benefit from 24/7 driver support and convenient home-base terminals. Compensation is structured to reward experience, with rates ranging from 52 to 56 CPM based on your background and location.
Qualifications
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
