About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded and Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point. This role offers the opportunity to drive modern equipment while building a career with a company that values its drivers' experience and dedication.
The Day-to-Day
As a driver with Redbone, you can expect to average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with top performers reaching close to 3,000 miles. You will operate in a comfortable environment featuring 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, and leather seats. Drivers are typically out for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.
Pet Policy
We welcome drivers who want to bring their furry companions along. A refundable $300 deposit is required, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six payments of $50.
