About the Role
Join our team on regional OTR runs designed for drivers who value consistency and home time. As a Regional OTR CDL-A driver, you will haul steady refrigerated freight, including products like meat, cheese, and coffee. We assign you a truck to ensure you have reliable equipment, with an average fleet age of 3 years or newer. Our trucks are equipped with inverters and refrigerators as standard, and we utilize Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and International models. Some units are APU enabled.
We prioritize driver comfort and safety with outside-facing cameras only (no inside-facing cameras). You will enjoy a supportive environment that includes a pet policy available from day one and a rider policy after six months. Our drivers enjoy a schedule of being out for 11 days and home for 3 days, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
