About the Role

As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will join a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role is designed for drivers who want to earn top-tier compensation with a weekly guarantee of $1,400, while enjoying modern equipment and flexible home time options.

Equipment and Environment

You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with APUs, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We support a rider and pet policy, ensuring you can bring your family along. Drivers also enjoy an awesome drivers' lounge featuring leather chairs, fresh towels, free laundry, and a big-screen TV.

Hiring Process

We fly you to orientation and provide paid orientation time. To apply, simply call us or submit your application directly. We are looking for drivers with at least 12 months of CDL-A experience who are at least 21 years old and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last three years.
