About the Role

As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with starting rates of 62 to 64 cents per practical mile, allowing you to easily out-earn your guarantee. You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM.

Hiring Process

We fly you to orientation for paid training. To apply, please call us or submit your application directly. We are looking for drivers with at least 12 months of CDL-A experience, who are at least 21 years of age, and who have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years or DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years. Candidates must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
