About the Role
We are hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver in Baltimore, MD, to serve as a Yard Driver. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for safely handling and maneuvering tractor trailers within the yard, though you will not be driving on public roads. You will operate Yard Dogs and Box Trucks, specifically 26' and 30' Straight Trucks, handling No Touch freight.
This is a local position with a home-daily schedule, running Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM. You will work 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $24.50, earning $980 or more per week. The role requires compliance with safety and DOT regulations, continuous training, and a focus on customer service. You will also be responsible for detecting and eliminating safety hazards, maintaining accurate records and logs, and keeping precise move and yard inventory records.

Candidates must pass a Ryder Drug Test, a background and motor vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years), a DOT physical, and a Yard Driver Examination.
