About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team and transport freight safely and efficiently across long distances. This position involves managing multi-state routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, and meeting scheduled delivery deadlines, and maintaining high standards of professionalism while on the road.
Day in the Life
As an OTR driver, you will operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer in full-time tractor-trailer, navigating long-distance routes while complying with all DOT regulations and company policies. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. You will maintain accurate electronic logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation, track mileage, and manage delivery documentation with precision.
Communication is key to your success. You will stay in regular contact with dispatch to provide updates on route status, report any delays, and confirm delivery progress. Additionally, you are expected to promptly report any accidents, traffic incidents, or mechanical issues that may arise during transit.

Compensation and Perks
Our compensation structure is competitive, typically based on cents per mile (CPM), percentage of load, or guaranteed weekly pay. Average annual earnings range from $60,000 to $90,000+, depending on your experience, mileage, and route type. In addition to base pay, drivers can earn extra through detention pay, layover pay, safety bonuses, and performance incentives.
