About the Role
We are seeking self-motivated CDL A drivers to join Pavlich, Inc. in Kansas City. This position involves the safe and timely transportation of bulk freight from customer locations to manufacturing, distribution, and retail centers. You will work closely with dispatchers to plan routes and track deliveries, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Our Fleet and Culture
Our equipment is kept in excellent condition, featuring late-model manual and automatic Peterbilts, day cabs, sleepers, and straight trucks. We utilize IVG ELD devices and provide an onsite shop for maintenance. Drivers have access to a dedicated drivers lounge.
Pavlich, Inc. is proud to be a prominent and long-standing member of the Kansas Motor Carriers Association (KMCA), the Missouri Motor Carriers Association (MMCA), and the Missouri Dump Truck Association (MDTA).
Hiring Process
