Penske Logistics engineers state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that deliver powerful business results for market-leading companies. With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske and its associates help businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs. We are more than just the yellow trucks; we are a team of professional drivers committed to delivering products safely and on time for some of the world's leading brands.
As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and home time, offering a schedule that includes weekends off and daily home time. You will drive late-model Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras.
Your day will involve unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, while scanning products as they are delivered. With an average of 40 to 45 hours per week and approximately 40 stops, you will represent both Penske and your clients, often driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniforms. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships with accounts while enjoying a stable career with a company known for great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record.
Joining Penske means fueling your career with a stable, nationwide company. We offer tons of training opportunities and the flexibility to move to a new city with our locations across the nation. We pay every Friday and pride ourselves on having the best equipment and a supportive culture. Our comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays from day one, generous retirement benefits, and excellent health care coverage, keeps associates and their families happy, healthy, and secure.
To join our team, you must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background investigation, which includes past employment, education, and criminal history, as well as a drug screening. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and designated as safety-sensitive; therefore, the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
