Harpers Puts Priority on Our Lease Purchase Drivers
We make it easy to get started. As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. You will be working with 100% refrigerated freight within an expansive customer freight network that includes no brokered freight, ensuring you stay rolling. You will have a dedicated fleet manager to keep you loaded and the option to use customer trailers with no rental fee.
Program Details and Support
Our program features 2023–2026 model trucks, all automatics, and welcomes owner operators. We offer terminal locations in all major markets, big fuel discounts up to $1 off per gallon, and a 24-hour support system with 24/7 dispatch. The lease structure ranges from 3–4 years with a 100% walk-away lease, no hidden fees, no down payment, no interest, and no credit check. Additionally, there is a $1 balloon payment, a manufacturer warranty on the truck, and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Application and Review Process
All driver records will be reviewed individually. To be considered, candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of 2 years of OTR experience. Applicants must have no more than 3 moving violations and 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
