By teaming up with one of the largest carriers in the country, we provide our contractor partners access to one of the most expansive freight networks nationwide. Our mission is to offer the comprehensive benefits of a mega carrier while maintaining the personalized atmosphere of a small fleet.
About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will focus on managing your business while we handle the logistics. This role is designed for owner-operators who want to become truck owners without the traditional barriers of entry. You will be supported by a dedicated fleet manager to ensure you stay loaded, utilizing a network that offers 100% refrigerated freight with no brokered loads.
Program Highlights
We prioritize our lease purchase drivers by making the process straightforward and transparent. The program features $0 money down, no credit checks, and no hidden fees, with all costs disclosed upfront. Drivers operate 2023–2026 model automatic trucks and have the option to use customer trailers with no rental fees. The lease structure includes a 100% walk-away option, a manufacturer warranty, and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. We review moving violations and accidents on a case-by-case basis, generally looking for no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the last three years.
