About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This role offers a balance of strong miles and predictable home time, designed for drivers who value consistency and reliability. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a 28-day on/5-day off schedule, while team drivers have the opportunity to earn up to 5,000 miles weekly with a split pay structure.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and safe driving experience. We provide 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule so you can count on your home time. Whether you are running solo or bringing a family member or friend along, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for specific details on sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
