Compensation & Benefits Overview

Drivers in this role can expect an average weekly earning of $1,450, driven by a trip pay calculation of $0.63 per dispatched mile based on route and experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available upon meeting specific qualifications. Hiring Process & Application

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must demonstrate a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years.
