About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route that offers home weekly. This position features 100% touch freight, ensuring you maintain control over your load from start to finish. The role is designed for drivers who value consistent home time and reliable earnings, with an average weekly pay of $1,450.
Compensation & Perks
Drivers in this dedicated position enjoy a competitive pay structure including trip pay based on dispatched miles ($0.63 cpm), along with additional compensation for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. We also offer paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation upon completion and hiring, and access to a fleet of newer equipment averaging 18 months old.
Hiring Process & Requirements
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The selection process includes a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
