About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver on a route designed for home weekly. This position offers 100% touch freight, ensuring you spend your time on the road rather than in the yard. Drivers can earn trip pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per cpm depending on the route and experience level. Top earners in this role average $2,200 per week, with the average driver earning over $1,900 weekly.
Compensation & Perks
We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus to new hires who meet qualification standards. In addition to competitive pay, the role includes unload, stop, and backhaul pay opportunities. We provide paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation upon completion and hiring, and tuition reimbursement. Our fleet consists of newer equipment averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your schedule.
