About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route. This position offers the opportunity to drive newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, with the flexibility of home weekly. Drivers will handle 100% touch freight, ensuring a consistent and engaging workflow.
Compensation & Earnings
Drivers in this role can expect to average $1,450 per week. In addition to base pay, the position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and includes specific pay structures for unloads, stops, and backhauls. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, which may vary depending on the route and driver experience.
Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation program upon completion and hiring. The selection process requires a DOT physical and drug test. Applicants must meet specific safety and driving record standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers with a history of DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions within the specified timeframes, or those currently in a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program, are not eligible for hire.

Requirements

- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years

- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
