About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route designed for consistency and reliability. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady balance between your professional duties and personal life. You will operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of just 18 months, ensuring a comfortable and safe driving experience.
As a dedicated driver, you will handle 100% touch freight, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with customers and cargo. The role includes comprehensive compensation structures such as unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay, alongside a competitive average weekly earning potential of $1,450. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates who meet all requirements.
Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation program. Upon successful completion and hiring, new drivers become eligible for orientation pay. The selection process ensures that all drivers meet strict safety and regulatory standards, including a DOT physical, drug test, and verification of driving history.
