Compensation & Perks
Drivers in this dedicated role can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450, supplemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation structure includes touch freight, with additional pay for unloads, stops, and backhauls. Hiring Process & Requirements
To join the team, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and possess a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. The company maintains strict safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the specified timeframes. Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire.
