About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route that prioritizes work-life balance with home weekly. This position offers 100% touch freight, ensuring you are in control of your load from start to finish. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners averaging $2,200. The role includes comprehensive pay structures such as unload, stop, and backhaul pay, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Equipment and Support

You will operate newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability and comfort on the road. We provide convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed. Our paid orientation program ensures you are fully prepared before hitting the road.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders.
