Truck Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, while maintaining a consistent home weekly schedule. The role is designed for drivers who value reliability and want to earn competitive compensation through trip pay, unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul opportunities.

Drivers in this position can expect an average weekly earnings of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting specific qualifications. The job features 100% touch freight, ensuring a hands-on driving experience with varied stops and routes.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation session, which is completed upon hire. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and a drug test. We maintain strict safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and must adhere to specific DUI/DWI and drug conviction history guidelines. Drivers currently in the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program are not eligible for hire.
