About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive 100% touch freight with consistent routes, ensuring you can return home regularly. Drivers can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching approximately $2,200. The role includes comprehensive compensation structures such as unload, stop, and backhaul pay, alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety on the road. We provide convenient home-base terminals to minimize deadhead time. Drivers benefit from 24/7 support, ensuring assistance is always available regardless of the time or location.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must complete a paid orientation session. Upon successful completion and hiring, drivers become eligible for orientation pay and bonus payouts, subject to specific qualifications. Please contact a recruiter for detailed information regarding bonus eligibility and trip pay calculations, which range from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile based on the route and experience level.

Requirements

- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
