We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging driving experience. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, and are supported by convenient home-base terminals.
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The role includes paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation, and tuition reimbursement. Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) or a drug-related conviction within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) are not eligible. Additionally, SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
