About the Role

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-The-Road (OTR) team. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earnings through high mileage, offering a compensation structure where more miles directly translate to more pay. Drivers can expect to average 10,000 miles per month with an annual income potential of $85,000 or more.

Hiring Process

We offer paid orientation to ensure new drivers are set up for success. Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• At least 12 months of OTR truck driving experience within the past three years.
• Minimum age of 22.
• Proven experience hauling 53' trailers.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or failed/refused drug tests.
