About the Role
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions tailored to your lifestyle preferences. OTR drivers can expect to stay out for 2-3 weeks while running solid miles, whereas Regional drivers enjoy the flexibility of home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset.\n Our fleet features assigned tractors, and we offer take-home opportunities within specific criteria. We maintain a 98% no-touch freight rate to reduce wear and tear on your equipment and cargo. Whether you are bringing a family member or a furry buddy, our pet and rider-friendly policy ensures you can travel with your loved ones.
Hiring Process & Application
We make the transition to Bison Transport seamless with a comprehensive paid orientation. This includes paid time while at orientation, paid travel arrangements, and the opportunity to learn and earn simultaneously. We also offer referral bonuses to reward you for bringing a friend to the team.
To apply, candidates must possess an active Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have at least 6 months of experience within the last 12 months. We do not consider applicants with recent safety terminations.
