About the Role
This position is designed to handle, move, and store materials within the warehouse and on the manufacturing floor. As a key member of the operations team, you will drive a forklift throughout the plant, transporting materials from the warehouse to machine centers on the production floor. The role requires close interaction with warehouse, shop floor, and office staff to ensure seamless workflow.
Training and Safety
You will receive ongoing training throughout your employment to support your growth and operational needs. Adherence to safety is paramount; all employees must follow proper safety procedures, wear required protective gear, and dispose of materials as required. Additionally, you are expected to follow all BRC food safety rules throughout your tenure with the company.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess forklift driving experience and hold a High School diploma or GED. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
