Truck Driver Company - Grad Training - OTR - Dry Van

About the Role

Bison USA is dedicated to helping new drivers build a strong future in the trucking industry, starting from day one. This role is specifically designed for CDL-A recent graduates who have completed their schooling within the last 90 days and are ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. The position offers a clear path from paid training to your first solo load, ensuring you have support every mile of the way.

As a driver with Bison, you will operate late-model van and reefer trailers on steady OTR routes. The role involves running 2,000 to 2,500 miles weekly, with a typical home time schedule of 2–3 days every 2–3 weeks. You will be assigned your own truck immediately following the completion of paid training, allowing you to transition quickly into independent operation.

The Training Experience

We believe in investing in your success before you hit the road. New drivers undergo a comprehensive training program that includes three days of orientation, five days of classroom and terminal training, and four weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced mentor. A fast-track option is available for qualified candidates, reducing in-cab training to two weeks based on evaluation. Upon completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.
