About the Role
Bison USA is dedicated to helping new drivers build a strong future in trucking, starting from day one. This position is specifically designed for CDL-A recent graduates who have completed their schooling within the last 90 days and are ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. The role offers a clear path from paid training to your first solo load, ensuring you have support every mile of the way.
What to Expect
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding process. You will spend three days in orientation followed by five days of classroom and terminal training. The core of your preparation involves four weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver, though a fast-track option of two weeks is available based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will be assigned your own late-model van or reefer trailer and head home.
