Just got your CDL-A? Start your Over-The-Road (OTR) career strong with Bison USA. This role is designed specifically for recent graduates who have just earned their license and are ready to build real-world experience. From paid training to your first solo load, we support new drivers every mile of the way.

The Training Experience
We believe in preparing you for success before you hit the road. Your journey begins with 3 days of orientation followed by 5 days of classroom and terminal training. You will then enter 4 weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. If you demonstrate exceptional skill, a fast-track option allows you to complete in-cab training in just 2 weeks. Upon completion, you will receive your own assigned truck and head home.
