Just got your CDL-A? Start your Over-The-Road (OTR) career strong with Bison USA. This role is designed specifically for recent graduates who have their license but need real-world experience. From paid training to your first solo load, we support new drivers every mile of the way.
You will be part of a team that values steady OTR miles, ensuring consistent work week after week. The position offers a clear path from orientation to driving your own assigned truck, with a focus on building a long-term future in the industry.
What to Expect
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding process. You can expect 3 days of orientation followed by 5 days of classroom and terminal training. The core of your training involves 4 weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. For those who demonstrate readiness, a fast-track option allows for 2 weeks of in-cab training based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.
