The Role

Drivers on this lane will manage regional routes stretching from Ridgefield through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. On average, you can expect to handle 2–4 loads per week, with approximately 3–4 stops per load. The schedule features a 34-hour reset weekly, with days off varying based on freight demands. While the lane accommodates both day and night shifts, please note that time off may be reduced during the holiday season due to increased freight volume, though additional time off may be available during other periods depending on operational needs.
