About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.
You will operate a commercial vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations, planning routes to minimize empty miles and maximize fuel efficiency. The position requires maintaining regular communication with UACL agents for load alerts and scheduling, ensuring freight is properly handled, and utilizing our technology tools for documentation. Beyond the road, you will represent UACL with professionalism at pickup and delivery locations, building strong working relationships with customers, agents, and operations staff.

Hiring Process
