About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver on a route designed for home weekly. This position offers a stable, predictable schedule with 100% touch freight, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less time waiting. Drivers can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching $2,200. The role includes comprehensive pay structures such as unload, stop, and backhaul pay, alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Equipment and Support
We provide newer equipment averaging 18 months old to ensure reliability and safety. Drivers are supported by convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. The company also offers paid orientation upon completion and hiring, along with tuition reimbursement opportunities for professional growth.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI history and drug-related convictions. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
