About the Role

We are hiring casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and autonomy. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+).

Unlike other carriers, Sky Transportation offers no forced dispatch—ever. You will operate brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026, supported by a dedicated operations team. The role includes a mileage incentive program where you control your CPM, alongside guaranteed pay increases every 12 months.
